League Policy Change-Male Subs

Hey league,

Here’s a notice about a major league policy change we are making for this season.

We will now be allowing male players to sub during the regular season.  There will not be a difference in policy between subbing female and male players.   The full stipulations are listed below:

Regular Season

-Registered league players may sub for other teams on their court

-Players are not allowed to jump to the other court at their gym to sub (A tier court players can’t play on the C tier court and vice-versa)

-Teams that only have a few players may fill their rosters with subs if needs

-Subs recognize that their role is to provide both teams with a quality, competitive experience

-Non registered players can show up for any team they like.  Once they have played 2 weeks with a specific team they will be considered part of that team’s roster for the rest of the season

Playoffs

-Teams may borrow up to one male and one female player in order to meet the minimum requirements (2 of each gender)

-Teams may not borrow players to fill the roster once minimum requirements have been met (3rd or 4th player of that gender)

-Subs must come from a lower tier

-Subs must alternate.  A team can only borrow a player for one set before finding a new sub.
